"His Glory in Motion," the Prophetic Dance Team of J.C.P.M. uses many avenues to express the nature of Gods glory in motion on the earth.

HOW DID THIS PROPHETIC DANCE MINISTRY START?

As a child, Janet took dance classes for several years, eventualy teaching it. After she got married, her gift of dance lay dormant until one day when someone invited her to join their dance team at the church.

This time the passion she had for dance was fueled by the fire of God in her heart. She knew that the Lord had called her to train and mentor others in dance again but this time with the mentality that they would not be "entertainers" for the Church, but "carriers" of His Glory for the King!

"His Glory in Motion," the name the Lord gave her for the dance team, trains the body of Christ in dance while at the same time building them up as she is able to speak into their lives prophetically. Using this approach, the Lord is able to use Janet to help bring her students into a new understanding and level of dance as she draws their spirit-man to new levels of relationship and intimacy with Christ.

Janet teaches basic ballet (the foundation of all dance) but also instructs in the comtemporary/modern use of flags, expressive sign language, hip-hop and billowing cloths.

Her hearts desire is to see God's dancers move from a position of going through the motions in dance to a place where every move, every jump, every action "speaks" prophetically to the body of Christ. It is at this point that we will truly see "Heaven on Earth."
